Does the following sound familiar to you:

1. Grab your mouse 2. START --> ALL PROGRAMS --> uuuuuhhh.....oh there..YES that's the programm I was looking for.

Then you need Launchy (http://www.launchy.net). Just press ALT -> SPACE ,type the first letters of the program, ENTER

Remember: use as much shortcuts as you can for staying away from RSI!
